Booking is not required for small groups, however it is advisable as we do get very busy. The easiest way to book is to phone us on 01269 592734, we can then advise you on the most up to date availability. Please read the important information below before booking. Bookings of any number of riders. Booking is not required you can just turn up and if there is room go out. However if you wish to book you will be required to pay a £10 deposit per person (non refundable) If you have paid a deposit you will qualify for our pre-booked prices, if you have not you will pay the arrive & ride prices. You must arrive at least 15 mins before your booking time. For example if you book for 1 hours quad biking at 11.00 you need to arrive by 10.45 to ensure you are signed on, geared up and ready to commence at 11.00. If you arrive after this you will lose riding time. If you arrive after 10.45 but by 11.00 you need to sign on as quickly as possible, however your riding session will still finish at 12.00. If you are going to be late LET US KNOW. If you don’t and you arrive after your booking time and other people are waiting to go on you will lose your time slot, if a slot at a later time is available we may at our discretion offer this instead, if there are no slots or you can’t do this time you will lose your deposit. Vouchers.Vouchers can be used at any time we are open, subject to availability. Booking is advised but not essential. If you want to book a timeslot you will need to activate your voucher by providing the voucher number when booking. You must arrive at least 10 mins before your booking time. If you arrive after this you will lose riding time. If you arrive after 10.50 but by 11.00 you need to sign on as quickly as possible, however your riding session will still finish at 12.00.
